1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Payments

4.3 Minimum Deposit

4.4 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your crazy777 wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Raast) are credited within 5–30 minutes subject to banking network availability. 5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Raast) are processed within 30 minutes during banking hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within approximately 10 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed full KYC verification including CNIC identity confirmation;

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by crazy777

crazy777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering or financial crime; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction; or where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other players.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your crazy777 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Upon closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Dormant account holders will be contacted via their registered contact details prior to any action being taken. Real-money balances in dormant accounts are not forfeited by crazy777. Bonus balances that have not been wagered within their stated validity period are forfeited in accordance with the terms of the individual promotion.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the crazy777 Platform or its content without the prior written consent of crazy777. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of crazy777 intellectual property constitutes infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crazy777 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; losses arising from technical failures, maintenance periods, or interruptions of service; losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your credentials; or losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

crazy777's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount of your total net deposits during the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) 1,000,000 PKR.

13 Privacy and Data Protection
